Summer to Fall Transition Shades

Who says fall is only meant for dark colors? Of course we all love a deep, rich color to pull together a look, but don’t be afraid to be different! Your favorite colors from the summer season can easily be transferred to fall.

Blush / Rose Gold

This one is a personal favorite of mine. This color actually took off this spring and can be used in so many ways! Matched with neutral shades or hints of gold this color can easily create a classic look.

Champagne is literally the perfect transition shade from summer to fall. It looks good on any skin tone and can easily be paired with almost any type of jewelery. The combinations are endless when it comes to this shade so this color will probably be the easiest of alll to pull off.

This is another personal favorite! The bright spring yellow is probably not gonna transfer well, let’s just be real. BUT mustard yellow will forever and always be one of my favorite fall shades. It also looks amazing against darker skin.

Okay. I just went ahead and made this a whole section within itself. Pastels are DEFINITELY wearable in the fall, don’t be fooled! You can make it work with a darker brown shade or even black for more of an edgy look if that’s what you prefer.

Who wears white after Labor Day? I do! Honestly, an all white look is so chic and clean in my opinion. So many people think they can’t pull it off or that it can be cheesy (like an all white party) but I have to disagree! If you put the right pieces together it can look amazing. Honestly, truly.

I hope this helps! Now you don’t have to get a whole new wardrobe for the fall! If all else fails, just play around with some looks. You never know what you can come up with!

Stay pretty!
